Through the Spanish language OI mailing list, we have found out about some of these cases. A group of volunteers from the list has organized a sponsor program for these needy children. The main goals are:

• purchase the medicine they need to stabilize their physical situation. They need analgesics, vitamins and biphosphonates.
• purchase the wheelchairs, walkers or supports they need to move around and thus go regularly to school.
• help those who most need it to get surgical treatment
